Aldington Road — Progressing Toward DA Submission

There’s a noticeable shift happening across the Mamre Road corridor. What was once open land is rapidly becoming one of Western Sydney’s most significant employment precincts — with infrastructure, logistics, and commercial investment reshaping the region at scale. Our Aldington Road project sits within the centre of that transformation. As the project progresses toward Development Application submission, our team continues to refine the design across a large-scale industrial precinct in Kemps Creek, balancing operational performance with a strong architectural identity. The proposal spans three lots and brings together:

  1. 21 medium-to-large scale warehouse units
  2. A five-storey commercial office building
  3. Dedicated operational and circulation infrastructure across the site

From the outset, the project has been shaped around clarity — clear movement, clear functionality, and a clear response to the future growth of the precinct. The office building establishes a strong presence within the corridor, introducing a more considered commercial language to an area traditionally dominated by purely utilitarian industrial form. Across the wider masterplan, circulation, access, and warehouse functionality have been carefully coordinated to support both immediate operational requirements and long-term flexibility. As commercial and industrial architects based in Western Sydney, projects like this reinforce the importance of designing for what these growth areas are becoming — not simply what they are today. We’re currently progressing architectural design, consultant coordination, and DA documentation in collaboration with our client and consultant team ahead of submission to Penrith City Council. There’s still more to come, but this stage marks an important step forward in shaping a precinct designed to support employment, investment, and long-term economic growth across the region.
