We have worked closely with our clients to create a design that has made full use of an irregular shaped block that remained within budget whilst ticking all the boxes for a future family home.
Contemporary forms with subtle industrial hues enclose a home that will be built for a young couple who love to entertain, with a kitchen that boasts functionality, that feeds off to a large, open-style living and dining with a raised, raked ceiling and highlights windows surrounds to allow ample natural light. Expansive glazing in the open living looks out to the backyard, perfect for keeping an eye out on the young ones. Large bi-fold doors open up and expand the living area to the alfresco, which also connects and makes full use of a media/kids room at the front of the dwelling. A perfectly adaptable home for the future entertainers, who we are sure will have countless BBQs and Pizza Nights once it’s all been built.
